This is a five-star resort hotel designed on a spread-out concept with a main public area building providing access to different clusters of guest rooms this is to achieve good marketing potential & group privacy. This does provide an option to control maintenance cost. An ideal marriage destination.
The building concept has been a mix of modern with traditional Indian features.
We were Architects & Interior designers and provided design coordination with other services. It was operational in Oct 2016, although some areas still need to be completed as per our designs.
This is designed over nine acres of land with (98 + 18) bed keys and has a covered area of more than 1,60,000 sq. ft. The hotel has two Restaurants, Bar Banquet with capacity for 1000 people, Health club with Spa & swimming pool.
